For the upstairs bath vanity, given that it was very small, I had the carpenter build a simple little table and I did a mosaic top on it by combining the 3 different tiles in the room. It was a very tedious process as each tile had to be cut and fit.
It was well worth it as I am very pleased with the end result.
You can buy some really cool taps in Panama, this being one example.
Ta da! the room is now all complete and if and when you come to visit this will be your bathroom providing you are here first and get the guest room over the garage.
