So I met with the architect today and this is the final draft of the plan. Nothing will change from this time on. I am very happy with the way things have turned out. On Thursday they will be sent out for permits, a process that will take 3 weeks. Tomorrow I meet the engineer out at the site to complete the survey. That is my final obligation until the permits are in place at which time the builder can start. I am thinking I may come home for a month or so until such time as the footings are completed, because there is not anything I can do until then. We'll see...Rose
