The last two posts have been about what we saw on the way to Rio Sereno. This post is about the town. Rio Sereno is located on the border between Costa Rica and Panama. It is high up in the mountain but the road there, although windy is very good as you can see in the picture below.
We drove the road until the pavement ended and voila, suddenly we were in Costa Rica,

The bus station was full of Indians sitting around. Not sure if they had plans to go anywhere or if that is just how they pass the time.
The place was full of little shops with colorful junk outside. There must be one buyer for all the shops as they all seemed to have the same junk.
This guy was just plain warm, I couldn't resist the shot.Ron and Donna and a couple of Indians loitering in the park.
Just a cool rainbow waiting for us when we got back to Volcan.
