Southern Beardless-Tyrannulet

I looked out my window the other day and this little bird was sitting in a tree posing for me.  She was just so adorable I just had to post her pictures.  I have never seen one before but have indentified her as a Southern Beardless-Tyrannulet.  She is a flycatcher and sports a little crest.
