Lodge at Mt Totumas

We booked the cheapest room that we could find at Mt Totumas because we figured we only needed to sleep there as it was in a lodge with a living room.  When we got there it turned out that they had no other guests at that time using the lodge so they gave us the big room with a private bath for the same price...bonus, we had the place all to ourselves.

There was another main lodge where we ate our meals.  Jeff's wife Alma was the chief cook and bottle washer and she prepared lovely meals.  We ate dinner there but were on our own for breakfast and lunch.  There was a kitchen in the lodge where we stayed and we were able to be self sufficient for at least part of our meals.

There was another private lodge there which was occupied by a couple from Alaska/Utah.  It was really cute with a kitchen living room and loft.  It was nicer than ours but ours was much cheaper.
