Starting With a Clean Slate
So I cracked the whip and got the boys moving and they finally got all of the dirt spread for me. This is the back yard when it was finally ready for the gardener to start. The red eves troughs are on the gazebo, that is until we ran out of pieces that actually fit.
Note the concrete thingie sticking out like a V in the bottom picture. That is the runoff for the water from this corner of the house which previously used to hit the sidewalk and spray everywhere. Abigail had built in a tube under the concrete so I had him reroute the downspout to hook up with it and it tidied everything up nicely.
