Red Rumped Tanager Nest

One day I noticed that a bird kept flying out of a bush every day as I went past.  I finally decided to investigate and on January 29th took a picture of 2 eggs in the nest

February 10th

February 11th-isn't she just too cute

February 12th....gone.  It doesn't take long to raise the kids if you are a bird.  And she did it all by herself, that deadbeat dad was no where to be seen the entire time.
