Christmas Eve Service

Donna and Ron found a Baptist church in David that has a bilingual preacher.  His name is Byron and he is amazing.  He preaches in Spanish and then just a quickly gives the English version.  He does it so fast that you hardly notice he interrupted you with the Spanish version.  Below is the church building.
We attended a Christmas Eve service.  The message that he delivered was probably the best that I have ever heard.  He brought his daughter up onto the stage with her big Christmas gift.  He then made an analogy of that gift and the gift of salvation, it was excellent.  This is Byron in action.
Then the childrens choir treated us to about 3 songs.
This church runs an orphanage and below are the kids from the orphanage.  Most of them are indigenous usually he says a product of rape or incest.  His own daughter was adopted from this orphanage as an infant.  They are adorable.  He says that the girls stay until about 16 but the boys only until 12, I guess before the testosterone kicks in.  I am not sure where they go from there.  Hopefully they are placed in family homes.
