Christmas Eve

On Christmas eve, before we went to church we delivered small gifts to some of the family in the neighborhood.  Donna had bought and wrapped big jars of peanuts and purchased balls.  It was difficult finding out who lives where.  Here is the yard where Celine lives.  She is in our reading group and is very smart and can read well.  She is going into grade 4 with Porfirio.  There are 6 children living in this house.

It was one ball per family. Here are some of the kids with their balls.  The little guy with the blue on is Celine's brother.  He is only 2 but he cried when he didn't get a ball so Ron gave him one.  It turns out the balls didn't last long.  If left out in the sun, they exploded in the heat.

 It was difficult to figure out exactly who lived where, there are so many houses.
