Another Little Hawk

Today in our travels we saw this little hawk.  He was sitting on the road and did not really seem to be afraid of the car.  I have concluded that he is just a baby but cannot identify him because all of the pictures in my book are of mature specimens or if immature, more mature than him.  Nonetheless he was very cute.
