Look at that! you even will have a picnic table. OK so this is the room as you enter taken from the top of the stairs. The bay windows to the right are where the eating table will be situated. The bathroom door is in the middle, to the left of the eating area. The big wall outside of the bathroom will host the Murphy bed.
In the center of this picture, under the smaller window is where the kitchen sink and counters will be, as well as the fridge. The entertainment center will be on the right side next to the electrical panel. I dragged a picture all the way back from Florida to cover this sucker up. it was supposed to have been placed in the garage below, but they snuck it in on us and then it couldn't be changed because it was encased in a poured beam and all of the electrical pipes are running up to it through the beam. Oh well, nothing that a picture can't cure.

This is just taken from the middle of the room to show the balcony. Nothing much here that a ceiling, paint and flooring can't fix, ya think? I look forward to entertaining you all here at some point!
