and digging tunnels through the backfill just hauled in.
When the foundation walls are complete the process of laying in the plumbing and electrical begins. This stage is fairly critical as once all the pipes are in place then the floor gets cemented over. It is very costly and time consuming to make any changes after the fact so placement of fixtures etc. is very crucial. As the walls go up the plumbing and electrical becomes imbeded in it. This stage of the game took 3 days for the plumber and I haven't seen the electrician yet. I am going to have to buy a generator tomorrow as it will probably be at least a month before we get electricity. Still no water as it turns out that there is now a leak in the pipes on the property which has yet to be repaired. Alas......
